How Life Works

Everything begins with the way you choose to think. Your “thoughts” produce (or cause) actions and reactions (effects); your behavior. “Actions” are what you say and do and “reactions” are what you say and do in response to what someone else says or does and how you respond to the situations, circumstances, trials and tribulations that happen in your life (things that happen). Your thoughts and actions become habits which repeated frequently enough become ingrained “attitudes” that trigger actions and reactions on autopilot— without even a conscious thought. Your attitudes shape and define the content of your “character”… the characteristics that reveal your “identity,” who you are and how you live your life. Your character also influences the many important “roles you play” in life and the “quality of life” you live each day.

Habits of thought repeated frequently enough become ingrained as “attitudes” that trigger actions and reactions on autopilot—without a conscious thought.
